Partner Policy
This policy explains the conduct rules for authorized A51 partners and referral participants.
Partner Conduct
- Authorized partners and affiliates are strictly prohibited from promising guaranteed returns, guaranteed profits, or guaranteed trading results.
- Partners must not misrepresent A51 as an automated profit robot, trading signal service, investment service, asset manager, or broker.
- Partners must not use deceptive marketing tactics, misleading claims, fake performance proof, or pressure-based selling.
Broker Neutrality
- A51 Manual Trade Panel stands as a neutral software utility and does not depend on any specific broker.
- Partners are strictly prohibited from forcing, pressuring, misleading, or manipulating users into choosing any specific broker, trading account, or financial service.
- Any broker selection remains fully under the user’s own decision and responsibility.
Violation Handling
- A51 reserves the right to void pending commissions, suspend referral benefits, revoke partner access, and terminate partner accounts if a policy violation is discovered.
- Policy enforcement may be applied immediately when partner activity creates legal, reputational, payment, or user-protection risk for A51.
